Parkside Close Ironville

A scheme of 40 houses, a victim of the recession, never built. But other parties are expressing an interest. Lets hope this much needed housing finally gets off the ground. We hope so, we put a lot of work into obtaining this planning approval.

Queens Drive Belper

We obtained outline planning permission for our developer client who then sold off two of the plots. He then also sold one of the existing houses (the Sheiling - see our extensions gallery). He extended and renovated the second house for himself (see Catchfrench in our extensions gallery) and built a new house for sale on the third plot (see Queens Drive in our one off houses gallery)
