We provided full service to procure this brand new building for a business that imports and distributes Japanese 4x4 car parts all over the UK. Included flood prevention measures because of it's location within the flood plain of the Derwent.
A brand new office headquarters and storage facility for a local housing developer. We gained planning permission before the recession hit hard and our client had to postpone his plans. Designed in a similar though simplified vein to the adjacent "fulcrum" development.
A new co-operative store with a small self contained retail unit at the end. The design and planning approval was obtained by a third party, but we developed the scheme in liaison with the co-op estates manager into a set of production drawings and obtained building regulations approval.
A new headquarters building for this very progressive company who distribute medical supplies to retailers. Designed fully in 3D, we got as far as informal consultations with the local planners, but then for reasons beyond our clients control the project stopped and is unlikely to proceed.
